Our camp for Englishspeakers, people who enjoy a great international atmosphere and have fun with English in Action! Since 1973 the English Action Camp has fascinated students from all over the world. The combination of english tuition with great sports and creative leisure activities turn this camp into an unforgettable experience.
With accelingua we have a new partner for qualified tuition and for the selection and training of our councellors.
Attention: Depending on the participants' age, gender and knowledge, the English Action Camp either takes place in ya! Youth hotel Carinth, Saringgut or Simonyhof!

Our camp for
Englishspeakers, people who enjoy a great international atmosphere and
want to have fun with at our English Action Camp!
Live the language day and night - English is the language you are talking during the camp! The ya! Youth Hotels Saringgut or Simonyhof are a meeting point for young participants from all over the world! Also our teachers and councellors come from several countries: England, Ireland, USA, Canada and Australia. Together the following language classes, with up to 40 lessons à 50 minutes are organized:
- In the Grammar Groups you will practice he most important rules of english grammar which will be made secure with many activities. You’ll see that learning grammar doesn’t have to be dry and boring!
- Creativity is called for in the Project Groups! Perform in a radio show, report the camp news and create cartoons!
- The English Workshops will provide you with the most common english vocabulary you can use for example on a trip to London.
- Discussion Groups allow you to discuss current topics. You won’t be able to keep your mouth closed!
For grading, a "Level-Check" is effected. Through the actual language level of the participants is clarified so that they can feel comfortable in the correct class groups.
The sport- and freetime program is made up of a colorful choice of activities, and offers a lot of variety! From mountain biking, to swimming in the nearby outdoor swim park, making samba drums and rain sticks, typical American sports and orienteering hikes, everything is possible! The evening program also offers several attractions: disco, shows, indoor and outdoor games and a lot more!
